Terms and Conditions

Every effort has been taken to ensure these terms and conditions are written in concise and clear English. Should you have any questions relating to any part of these terms and conditions then please contact Camelot Events Ltd.

E-mail

Any communication whatsoever including cancellations and changes made by e-mail will only have deemed to have been accepted once you have received a acknowledgment from Camelot Events Ltd.

Extras

Extras include anything not included in the event as detailed by combat games. These include but not exclusively food, drink, transport, paintballs and shotgun cartridges.

Booking / Payments

Bookings are non refundable on cancellations in advance or as no shows on the day. This is made clear at the time of booking that no refunds are given. Upon full payment refunds will , again not be issued. We are a leisure activity ( see statement below)

When traders don’t have to give you a cancellation rights.

The supply of accommodation, transport of goods, vehicle rental services, catering or leisure activities for specific dates, for example, hotel and restaurant bookings, theatre tickets and courier services

Changes

Every effort will be made to alter or change all or part of the event on request of the client. Costs incurred will be chargeable to the client; this includes reasonable administration costs which shall be agreed with the client before any changes are made. Every reasonable effort will be made by to adhere to confirmed arrangements, Camelot Events Ltd. reserves the right at its sole discretion to alter or change arrangements should it be found necessary to do so, and shall have no liabilities whatsoever to the client for any changes, save a refund of any monies not expended.

Reduction in numbers

Wherever possible we will always try and accommodate reduction in numbers incurring no cost to the client. However, should the numbers attending be insufficient to run all or part of the event Camelot Events Ltd. reserves the right to charge the client for the minimum numbers required to attend all or part of the event. Reduction in numbers will only be confirmed when you have received communication from us. No reduction in numbers of people attending an event can be accepted six weeks prior to an event unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Invoices relating to dropped numbers will be dispatched by email only. Camelot Events Ltd. will only commit to sending two invoices by email, one on booking and one on receipt of final numbers. Invoices can otherwise dispatched to you free via email upon request.

Disclaimers

To be fully filled in and signed on the day by all participants and spectators. We are happy to email this in advance for larger groups to allow for a smoother transition into the safety briefing. All children must have their disclaimer signed by a parent or guardian.

Bad weather

In the event of the Camelot Events cancelling an event due to bad weather making an activity unsafe; you will be entitled to a full refund in regards to that particular activity. We will have no further liability to you. In the event of you not wishing to partake in an activity for whatever reason you will not be entitled to a refund.

Privacy Policy

This statement relates to our privacy practices in connection with this website. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of other websites. Any external links to other websites are clearly identifiable as such. Some technical terms used in this statement are explained at the end of this page in the glossary.

Agreement

We believe the above terms and conditions to be fair. This contract shall be governed by English Law and shall be subject to the sole jurisdiction of the courts. If you make a booking with Camelot Events Ltd., it is understood you have read, understood and accepted these terms and conditions. It is the sole responsibility of any persons booking with Camelot Events Ltd. to communicate these terms and conditions to all participants of an event.

General statement

Camelot Events Ltd. fully respects your right to privacy, and will not collect any personal information about you on this website without your clear permission. Any personal information which you volunteer to Camelot Events Ltd. will be treated with the highest standards of security and confidentiality, strictly in accordance with the Data Protection Acts, 1988 & 2003.

Collection and use of personal information

Camelot Events Ltd. does not collect any personal data about you on this website, apart from information which you volunteer (for example by e-mailing us). Any information which you provide in this way is not made available to any third parties, and is used by Camelot Events Ltd. only in line with the purpose for which you provided it.

Collection and use of technical information

Camelotevents.co.uk may use temporary “session” cookies which enable a visitor’s web browser to remember which pages on this website have already been visited. Visitors can use Camelotevents.co.uk with no loss of functionality if cookies are disabled from the web browser. Technical details in connection with visits to this website are logged by our Internet service provider for our statistical purposes. No information is collected that could be used by us to identify website visitors. The technical details logged are confined to the following items:
